■ In "surface" unit measurement, a measurement range of 50×56mm (field of view selectable) can be measured in one go, yielding up to 1.29 million points of three-dimensional measurement data. Additionally, since it is an absolute coordinate measurement, the measurement data of multiple surfaces can be accurately connected. Furthermore, measurements can be taken not only of curved surfaces but also of design lines, scribed lines, ink lines, fillet R edges, and edge lines on the workpiece. ■ In "point" unit measurement, it is possible to easily measure the internal shapes of bosses and rib areas inside electronic products such as mobile phones, which cannot be measured with a non-contact probe, in a short time. ■ The output data formats for CAD include measurement point data, feature line segmentation alignment data, and curvature thinning data.
